Shipping & Returns
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed your order, with collection details. Our normal collection day is Saturday morning/ Friday evening.
Each week we will release a new selection of organic meats every week.
One of our team will be in touch after you have placed your first order to arrange this. We are a working farm so it's best to book a collection slot rather than just turn up.
Return & Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer a return or refunds policy, if you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
Unfortunately we aren't big enough to offer exchanges based on dislikes, we will however avoid sending you any allergens you have pre warned us about.
